Our Allconnect ® Promise guarantees that the prices you see published on this website or receive on the phone with our Relocation Experts will never exceed generally available published prices our service providers offer at your exact address when ordering those same services.*

Here's how it works:

If you order services through our website for a price that is greater than the published price from the service provider at the time of your purchase, including all of the same terms and conditions, then simply notify us by calling (800)255-2666 or emailing us at customercare@allconnect.com.

We will need your address, the name of the service provider, the exact product name along with the date of service. Most importantly, we will need to be able to reference the manner in which you obtained the better price for identical products and services. We will promptly verify the information and contact you with the status of your issue. If it is determined we do indeed owe you a match in price, we will notify you with the resolution which could include a refund, account adjustment or other form of restitution.
